Hamas dispatches delegations to thwart IOF 'Generals' Plan' in Gaza
In light of the tightening siege on northern Gaza, as well as the Israeli crimes across all of Gaza, Hamas commences international communications to end the atrocities.
Amid the ongoing Israeli attacks, massacres, and siege on northern Gaza for the 19th consecutive day, as well as the continuation of the genocide and atrocities across the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, the Hamas leadership has initiated a campaign of intense political and diplomatic moves to thwart the occupation's plans and halt its crimes, especially the targeting hospitals, medical teams, and shelters in northern Gaza.
During its political communications, the movement's leadership warned against the implementation of the so-called "Generals' Plan", which entails forced displacement and destruction.
It highlighted the daily scale of horrific massacres, pointing the "unimaginable levels of terrorism and cold-blooded killings" of children and women, along with the forced displacement of around 150,000 people. This is accompanied by starvation and deprivation of essentials such as food, medicine, and water sources, as well as the complete destruction of infrastructure, especially hospitals.
In this context, delegations from the movement's leadership are visiting Turkey, Qatar, and Russia, with communications also involving Egypt, the United Nations, and Iran, it confirmed.
Further communications are set to continue with other countries at the leadership and official levels in the region, the Palestinain group indicated.
Hamas also called on media outlets to expose the crimes of the Israeli occupation, which has intensified its brutal aggression in recent weeks against northern areas as part of a systematic plan to displace residents and obliterate life.
Ethnic cleansing, the Generals' Plan
On Monday, UNRWA chief Philippe Lazzarini said that Israeli authorities are blocking off humanitarian missions to northern Gaza and denying them entry to critical supplies including medicine and food for besieged people.
"Denying & weaponizing humanitarian assistance to achieve military purposes is a sign of how low the moral compass is," Lazzarini posted on X.
What the head of UNRWA described are the effects of the Israeli regime's "Generals' Plan", which it has been employing in Jablia for three weeks now.
The plan focuses on transforming the area into a closed military zone, where civilians are forced to evacuate elsewhere or starve to death if they choose to stay.
