Hezbollah avenges journalists, civilians; strikes Israeli army base
The Israeli occupation military confirms one killed and five injured in the Hezbollah operation.
The Lebanese Resistance Hezbollah targeted on Sunday the Israeli military outpost located in the settlement of "Shtula" near the Lebanese border was targeted with anti-tank guided missiles, a statement released by the Resistance group confirmed.
The operation came in response to the Israeli aggression on a team of journalists on Friday in Southern Lebanon, which led to the Martyrdom of Lebanese Reuters reporter Issam Abdallah and the wounding of others of his colleagues, the statement said, adding that It is also in response to the Israeli shelling on a civilian home in Shebaa, which resulted in the Martyrdom of two elderly Lebanese civilians: Khalil Ali Hashem and Rabab Al-Aaqoum.

Meanwhile, the Israeli occupation military confirmed the killing of one Israeli and the wounding of five others.
Israeli media said that this is the fifth Israeli killed in under a week in an operation carried out by Hezbollah.
On Saturday, Hezbollah announced targeting five Israeli occupation military sites in the occupied Lebanese Shebaa Farms.
"At [3:15 PM] (local time) today on Saturday 14/10/2023 groups of the Islamic Resistance attacked zionist sites in the occupied Lebanese Shebaa farms that are: ar-Radar, Ruwaisat al-Alam, al-Sumaqah, Zebdine, and Ramthah, with guided missiles and mortar shells achieving precise and direct hit," the Resistance said in a statement.
