Hezbollah bombs numerous Israeli military sites amid retaliation fears
The Islamic Resistance in Lebanon bombs several Israeli settlements and military sites, including barracks and command centers, as the occupation shells southern Lebanon.
The Islamic Resistance in Lebanon - Hezbollah, announced Wednesday that it targeted numerous Israeli military sites in the occupied Palestinian-Lebanese border area, including the Jal al-Allam military site and the "Zar'it" barracks.
The Resistance also announced that it bombed an Israeli occupation forces assembly point in the vicinity of the al-Malikiya military site using the renowned, highly destructive Burkan rocket.
In light of the operations, an Al Mayadeen correspondent reported that the Israeli occupation forces launched three drone strikes in the vicinity of Aita al-Shaab, which were accompanied by artillery strikes on the outskirts of al-Naqoura and al-Labbouneh.
Israeli media reported that Hezbollah Resistance fighters launched an anti-armor missile toward the upper al-Jalil and "struck the electrical grid near Kibbutz al-Malikiyah."
This comes as the Resistance vows support for the Palestinian people in light of the Israeli massacres being committed against the people of Gaza. The Resistance says its attacks against the Israeli occupation are in response to the crimes being perpetrated against innocent civilians in Gaza.
The Resistance on Thursday also attacked Command Center 91 in northeast Safad, as well as the al-Summaka site in Lebanon's occupied Shebaa Farms.

Northern settlements concerned
The mayor of the northern Israeli settlement of "Kiryat Shmona", Avichai Stern, urged all northern settlers to evacuate, expressing concern about Hezbollah's potential response to Hamas top official Saleh al-Arouri's assassination.
The Deputy Chief of the Political Bureau of the Hamas movement, Saleh al-Arouri, was martyred on Tuesday evening, as a result of an attack that targeted the Southern Suburb of Beirut.
Lebanon's National News Agency reported that "an Israeli drone targeted an office of the Hamas movement in Msharafieh" while "ambulances reached the area to transport casualties."
"I believe that since October 7, we have been engaged in a battle: feeling and hearing it distinctly... Unfortunately, there is damage to both property and lives," Stern told Ynet.
"I hear various euphemisms, almost like a war, a war of attrition, and all sorts of different definitions... Comrades, this is war... There is no other definition for the situation, and I don't know what escalation is," the Israeli mayor added.
"As someone who grew up in Kiryat Shmona, and due to our knowledge of our enemies, I am certain that there will be a response to yesterday's liquidation," he underlined.
Stern underlined that he had been urging northern settlers to evacuate even before the central Israeli regime ordered them to do so. He reiterated his call for the Israeli settlers and anyone coming to the northern settlements to comply with his instructions and leave "Kiryat Shmona".
