The Islamic Resistance in Lebanon - Hezbollah announced that its fighters carried out six operations on Tuesday against Israeli military sites and troops along the border with occupied Palestine.

Hezbollah reiterated that the operations come in support of the steadfast Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip and their brave and honorable Resistance, and in response to the Israeli attacks on the steadfast southern Lebanese villages and civilian homes.

The operations came as follows:

At 12:05 am, Hezbollah fighters attacked a building sheltering Israeli soldiers in the settlement of Dovev, achieving a precise hit.

At 12:10 am, Hezbollah fighters attacked a building sheltering Israeli soldiers in the settlement of Avivim, achieving a precise hit.

At 2:10 pm, Hezbollah fighters engaged an Israeli Merkava tank at the Metulla site with guided rockets after monitoring and tracking its movement, hitting it directly and destroying it and inflicting casualties and injuries among its crew. The statement mentioned that this was the same tank attacking Lebanese people and villages.

At 2:10 pm, Hezbollah fighters attacked a position of Israeli soldiers behind the military barricade at the Metulla site with appropriate weapons, hitting it directly and inflicting casualties and injuries among the occupation soldiers.

At 6:00 pm, the Resistance fighters carried out two simultaneous operations whereby they bombarded the al-Radar site in the occupied Lebanese Shebaa Farms with rocket artillery in the first, achieving a direct hit, while in the second, they bombarded and destroyed two buildings sheltering Israeli troops at the Metulla site.

At 8:17 pm, Resistance fighters set a well-prepared ambush against an Israeli military vehicle at the Yiftah-Ramot Naftali triangle. Upon the vehicle's arrival at the ambush location, Hezbollah fighters engaged it with guided rockets and hit it directly. As a result, the Israeli vehicle was destroyed and it went up in flames with its crew inside.

'Netanyahu crushed the north, left it at Hezbollah's mercy': Former IOF deputy chief of staff

In a related context, Yair Golan, reserve major general and former Israeli deputy chief of staff, took a jab at Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu following the anti-tank missile strike that targeted the Metulla settlement in northern occupied Palestine.

"While Netanyahu babbles about an operation of no strategic importance in Rafah, Metulla is under fire from Hezbollah, cities and towns are being abandoned, as the terrible failure intensifies," the Israeli Channel 12 quoted Golan as saying.

Golan stressed that "Netanyahu crushed the north and left it at Hezbollah's mercy."

Meanwhile, Channel 12's correspondent in the North, Guy Varon, reported that 12 anti-tank missiles were fired in the past day at Metulla, four of which hit one house.

Varon mentioned that northern settlers have "spent an additional [Jewish] holiday outside" their settlements, dozens were evacuated, while 150,000 of al-Jalil settlers are still in a war zone.

According to the correspondent, these settlers don't feel that the Israeli government is working to change the situation, as not a single plan has been presented until now.

He added that the northern settlers fear one day they would be told they could return to their settlement without the situation being resolved.

Hezbollah released footage of its Resistance fighters bombarding and destroying buildings sheltering Israeli soldiers at the Metulla settlement on Monday.
