In a statement, Hezbollah confirmed that in support of the steadfast Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip and their brave and honorable Resistance, its fighters carried out nine operations against the positions and deployment of the Israeli occupation military on the Lebanese-Palestinian border.
The Israeli occupation military confirmed that nine Israeli soldiers were injured, one of them seriously, in a missile attack on the Israeli "Shomera" settlement in northern occupied Palestine.
One Israeli soldier was reportedly in critical condition, while the condition of the remaining ranged between minor and moderate, Israeli media reported.
Earlier on Tuesday, Israeli media reported that 15 Israeli officers and soldiers were killed along the northern borders of occupied Palestine with Lebanon since October 7, including an Israeli sergeant who was wounded last week by anti-tank fire.
Hundreds of Israeli settlers in the north protested against the situation along the border with Lebanon, demanding a change in the conditions there, according to Israeli media reports.
An Israeli Channel 12 correspondent reported that the roads in the north are closed all the time due to the fear of Hezbollah rockets, adding that the situation there is deteriorating and the routine there has become more complicated. The correspondent mentioned that authorities in the area are reportedly very frustrated about the current situation.
