Hezbollah strikes Glilot base, others, thwarts IOF ground offensive
The Islamic Resistance in Lebanon conducted 28 operations against Israeli military targets and settlements, including bombardments and drone strikes.
In a series of 26 operations, today, the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon - Hezbollah executed multiple strikes against Israeli military targets and settlements.
Starting with a bombardment of the 8200 Military Intelligence Unit's Glilot base in Tel Aviv's suburbs at 2:30 am, the operations continued throughout the day, including missile salvoes directed at various settlements such as Sha'al, Dalton, Yesud HaMa'ala, Bar-Yohai, and Birya. Notably, the Krayot area, north of Haifa, was targeted, followed by an aerial operation at Palmachim Air Base, which saw the use of one-way assault drones.
Earlier in the day, it was reported that the Israeli infantry forces attempting to invade the eastern neighborhood of the southern Lebanese village of Khiam over the past two days were forced to retreat, as reported by Al Mayadeen's correspondent in South Lebanon.
The withdrawal commenced after midnight on Thursday, during which Israeli forces fired approximately 40 white phosphorus projectiles and launched artillery strikes, as well as smokescreen airstrikes to conceal their movements.
The artillery fire primarily targeted the northern section of the former Khiam detention camp and the eastern area of the municipality, where ground confrontations occurred for about 15 hours.

Earlier, Israeli reserve Major General Moshe Elad remarked that "Hezbollah will not surrender, kneel, or raise the white flag."
Speaking to the Israeli news channel Kan TV, he added that "Hezbollah feels they are in good shape; they are firing, hitting targets, and causing damage."
Elad anticipated an eventual agreement but noted it "will not lead to the humiliation of Hezbollah in Lebanon or the Arab world."
