ICRC dubs Gaza humanitarian situation 'nothing short than desperate'
As a result of the Israeli aggression, which amounts to ethnic cleansing, the International Committee of the Red Cross sounds the alarm, once more, as the humanitarian situation across the Gaza Strip deteriorates.
The Director of Operations of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) Martin Schuepp announced that the current humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip is "nothing short than desperate".
This comes after "Israel" isolated the Gaza Strip from the world, last night, and unleashed hundreds of missiles claiming to target Palestinian Resistance targets, while in fact targeting Gaza's civilian infrastructure.
Moreover, the Israeli occupation also limited the information circulating regarding the losses of the Israeli Occupation Forces in their attempted "ground invasion" in the hopes that they can sway public opinion and give the illusion of regaining control and establishing deterrence in the face of the Palestinian Resistance.

However, "Israel" has achieved nothing in Gaza so far vis-a-vis ending Hamas and the Resistance, and its only achievement was to commit incremental genocide by targeting civilians as the Resistance continues to shower "Tel Aviv" with rockets and continues to protect the Strip from any claimed Israeli ground invasion.

Level of despair 'absolutely tremendous'
According to Schuepp "The situation in Gaza is nothing short than desperate," adding that "even that is maybe an understatement," given that "It is difficult to find words what our colleagues see on the ground."
The ICRC director revealed that "After repeated cycles of violence, the situation has already been difficult and extremely dire. Yet we cannot compare what we see today with what we've seen in the past."
"So the level of destruction, despair, displacement is absolutely tremendous," Schuepp explained before continuing, "Imagine that hundreds of thousands have to leave their homes to live in the open where they can barely have access to water, food."
Most significantly, Schuepp also confirmed that "Most of the hospitals are struggling to continue functioning, so the situation is absolutely desperate."
A total blackout!

MSF, WHO, UNICEF lose contact with staff, colleagues in Gaza
Late on Friday, Doctors Without Borders (MSF) expressed "deep concern" about the situation in Gaza, stressing that the group lost contact with some of their Palestinian colleagues on the ground amid intense Israeli bombardment and a communications blackout.
"We are particularly worried for the patients, medical staff and thousands of families taking shelter at Al Shifa hospital and other health facilities," MSF wrote on X, adding that "we call for the unequivocal protection of all medical facilities, staff and civilians across the Gaza Strip."
The Palestine Telecommunications Company stated that communications and internet services in the Gaza Strip were completely cut off late Friday amid heavy Israeli bombing of feeder lines, towers, and networks. Additionally, Ooredoo Palestine, a mobile network operator in the West Bank, also announced it was out of service.
