In dead of night, 'Israel' intensifies aggression across Lebanon
"Israel" has targeted with dozens of strikes the Southern Suburb of Beirut, South Lebanon, and Bekaa.
Israeli warplanes have carried out a series of airstrikes on the Southern Suburb of Beirut and several towns in southern Lebanon and the Bekaa Valley since late Wednesday night, continuing into the early hours of Thursday.
Al Mayadeen's correspondent reported that an Israeli drone targeted a car on the al-Kahhale road in Mount Lebanon, killing one.
In the Southern Suburb, Israeli warplanes carried out heavy bombardments, hitting areas, including Ouzai, Haret Hreik, Haret Bajour, and Tahwitat al-Ghadir.

Our correspondent reported that the Israeli airstrikes on Ouzai targeted a region near Beirut International Airport. In a related development, Lebanese Minister of Transport and Public Works Ali Hamieh affirmed that Rafic Hariri International Airport in Beirut is operating normally despite the Israeli aggression.

This follows earlier strikes on Wednesday, which hit Haret Hreik, Hay al-Abyad region, Laylake-Mraijeh, Maamoura, Burj al-Barajneh, and the al-Amarken neighborhood.
Israeli aggression on Lebanon's South continues
In southern Lebanon, Israeli airstrikes targeted the town of Yohmor al-Shaqif at dawn, hitting its outskirts near the Litani River, as well as its central and eastern areas. Cluster munitions, banned under international law, were also dropped on nearby olive groves and agricultural land.
Israeli warplanes also struck the area surrounding the former Israeli detention center in Ansar. Further attacks hit the town of Kafra in the Bint Jbeil district, and additional airstrikes targeted several other towns including Safad al-Bateekh, Ayta al-Jabal, Baraachit, Sarafand, and Tebnine, with the latter also coming under artillery shelling attacks.
Bekaa under Israeli attack
In the Bekaa Valley, Israeli occupation forces launched airstrikes on the outskirts of Hermel and targeted several locations, including the towns of Temnine al-Tahta and al-Shiqan, killing and injuring several civilians. Rescue operations are ongoing, with efforts focused on retrieving survivors from the rubble.
Israeli drones also targeted vehicles in northern Bekaa, continuing the wave of airstrikes that have intensified since the beginning of the ongoing aggression.

Al Mayadeen's correspondent in the Middle Bekaa region reported that 13 civilians were killed in an Israeli airstrike on a residential building in the village of al-Nasiriyya.
In Baalbek, our correspondent confirmed that an Israeli raid near the historic Baalbek Temple complex caused significant damage to the site.
The attacks on the Bekaa Valley have resulted in a rising death toll, with at least 55 people killed and 53 others wounded due to Israeli airstrikes across the region. The ongoing bombardment has led to widespread devastation and casualties in eastern Lebanon.
3,050 killed as 'Israel' intensifies aggression across Lebanon
3,050 people were killed and 13,658 were wounded in the Israeli aggression on Lebanon since October 2023, the Lebanese Ministry of Health announced in its daily report on Wednesday.
On Tuesday alone, 37 were martyred and 105 were injured across Lebanese territory.
This comes as the Israeli aggression on the country continues unabated.
On Wednesday afternoon, the Israeli occupation launched a series of airstrikes on the Southern Suburb of Lebanon's capital Beirut.
Al Mayadeen's correspondent reported that the air raids launched on the Southern Suburb of Beirut were extremely violent, noting that several areas targeted by the Israeli aggression were not listed in the warning statements released by the Israeli military command.
These statements are supposedly released to mitigate harm to civilians in residential areas, however, on Wednesday, like in almost every wave of strikes on Lebanon, Israeli warplanes struck buildings and areas not evacuated by civilians.
Our correspondent reported that six airstrikes targeted the al-Abyad neighborhood in Haret Hreik, two targeted al-Maamoura in the vicinity of Burj al-Barajneh, two targeted the al-Laylaki area, and one targeted Bourj al-Barajneh.
Al Mayadeen's correspondent said the strikes targeted residential buildings. One of these strikes targeted an area in close proximity to the Beirut International Airport.
A violent air raid targeted the al-Amarken neighborhood in the eastern outskirts of the Southern Suburb. The entire area struck by Israeli missiles was not among the areas designated for evacuation by Israeli occupation forces.
