Indications of improvement in prisoner's health: Abu Hamid's brother
The ill prisoner Nasser Abu Hamid's brother, tells Al Mayadeen that Nasser has begun to awaken from his coma, but is still on respirators.
Today, Naji Abu Hamid, brother of the ill prisoner Nasser, said that there are good indications that his health is beginning to improve.
In a phone call with Al Mayadeen, Abu Hamid expressed that "the prisoner Nasser Abu Hamid has started to wake up from the coma, but he is still on respirators," adding that "the lawyers are prohibited from visiting the prisoner Nasser in the hospital."
Abu Hamid appealed to the resistance and honorable people in all the Arab world to work for the release of all prisoners.

Yesterday, Addameer Foundation for Human Rights made an urgent appeal to Special Rapporteur on the right to physical and mental health, Tlaleng Mofokeng, to move quickly and take immediate and effective measures to save the life of prisoner Nasser Abu Hamid.
It is noteworthy that the prisoner Nasser Abu Hamid entered his 14th day of coma due to his struggle with lung cancer and Israeli medical negligence.
The prisoners in the Israeli occupation prisons decided to go on a hunger strike, on Monday, in refusal to neglect his right and to demand his release.
Today, the Palestinian national and Islamic forces stressed the importance of continuing popular and mass activities to support the prisoners' cause, especially the prisoner Nasser Abu Hamid, who is having a difficult health condition.
