Al Mayadeen's correspondent reported on Saturday that at least 50 Palestinians were killed in the latest wave of Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip within a few hours.
Khan Younis, in the south of the Gaza Strip, witnessed one of the deadliest assaults. Around 19 Palestinians were killed and others injured after the occupation forces bombed civilian homes and tents sheltering displaced individuals.
Israeli warplanes bombed a house in Khan Younis Camp, resulting in the deaths of 11 Palestinians, including women and children.
One Palestinian was killed and his wife and two sons were injured after a tent on al-Majma' Street was targeted. Another Palestinian lost his life and others were wounded when occupation forces bombed a displaced persons' tent in the al-Mahatta area. Additionally, in the Asdaa area to the north, a child was killed in a similar strike.
An Israeli drone strike on a house in Khan Younis killed a pregnant Palestinian woman and wounded another. The death toll from a separate strike on a house in the al-Batn al-Sameen area rose to four, as rescue crews continue working through the rubble.
Al Mayadeen's correspondent also confirmed that the occupation targeted a group of Palestinians near the Turkish slaughterhouse, southwest of Khan Younis.
In Rafah, emergency teams recovered the decomposed body of a martyr from the city's beach.
Gaza City mourns 11 new martyrs after occupation raids
In Gaza City, nine Palestinians were killed after warplanes bombed a home in the Shuja'iyya neighborhood, east of the city.
Two more Palestinians were martyred and others wounded when an Israeli drone targeted the al-Daraj neighborhood, adding to the escalating toll of Palestinian civilian casualties.
The deadly attacks come as Gaza’s medical sector faces collapse under the prolonged siege. Kuwait Specialized Hospital has issued an urgent warning, citing an acute shortage of essential medicines and food supplies for patients due to the continued closure of crossings for over two months.
Kuwait Hospital stated that the medical sector "is suffering from a severe shortage of more than 75% of essential medicines," adding that current supplies are “only sufficient for one week.”
The hospital cautioned that if the situation persists, "most medical services will cease" without immediate intervention.
