IOF kill Palestinian, withdraw under Resistance fire in West Bank

Israeli occupation forces have withdrawn from the Nur Shams camp in Tulkarm, in the northern West Bank, following a brutal raid.

Israeli forces fatally shot a Palestinian youth during a brutal raid on Nur Shams refugee camp in the occupied West Bank.

The martyr identified as Saed Abu Alawi by the Wafa News Agency was reportedly shot by an Israeli sniper in the chin and neck while he was on the rooftop of his home in the Jabal al-Nasr neighborhood of the camp. Abu Alawai was married and awaiting the birth of his second child.

In further detail, Israeli media reported that undercover Israeli police officers conducted a raid in the West Bank city of Tulkarm to "detain three wanted Palestinians."

Reportedly, the shooting took place in the nearby Nur Shams refugee camp.

Israeli media further reported that IOF detained the three Palestinian youths persecuted by "Israel".

In retaliation, Palestinian resistance fighters took action. The Al-Aqsa Martyrs' Brigades - Rapid Response Group - announced that its fighters successfully repelled the extensive and large-scale incursion carried out by Israeli occupation forces (IOF) into the Nur Shams camp in the West Bank using live ammunition and explosives.

Furthermore, the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades - Tulkarm reported that its fighters encountered an Israeli special force that had infiltrated the Nur Shams camp, leading to intense confrontations.

Simultaneous raid on Jenin

At least two Palestinians have been injured, including one in a serious condition, when Israeli occupation forces targeted the Jenin refugee camp in the occupied West Bank.

In response to the brutal Israeli aggression, confrontations erupted in the town of Kafr Rai, southwest of Jenin, as the IOF carried out mass search and arrest operations.

In further detail, the Palestine Red Crescent Society reported that its crews in Jenin transferred 19-year-old Shams Abdel Qader Melhem Abu Shawarib, who was injured by Israeli gunfire during the incursion, to a nearby hospital.

Local sources reported the injury of another youth by Israeli gunfire, without specifying his identity. Moreover, Israeli forces arrested several youths during raids on several homes in the town of Fahma, south of Jenin, accompanied by police dogs, and conducted searches and field interrogations.

Following the Fajr (dawn) prayer, thousands of Palestinians voiced support for the Palestinian Resistance from the sacred courtyards of the al-Aqsa Mosque in occupied al-Quds.

Simultaneously, Israeli occupation forces attacked worshippers, firing tear gas canisters and detaining at least eight, as per Wafa.

Since the outset of the Gaza genocide, Israeli forces have reportedly killed over 457 Palestinians in the occupied West Bank and detained over 8,030 Palestinians.
