In recent days, activists have been circulating a video on social media showing the final moments of Rami al-Halhouli, a Palestinian child who was playing with fireworks before he was killed by the Israeli occupation forces in al-Quds.

In an interview with AP, his parents revealed that the Israeli occupation police fired bullets on Rami from the watchtower facing the Shuafat refugee camp, as he was playing with fireworks alongside four of his friends in celebration of Ramadan.

Ali Al-Halhouli, the martyr's dad, was at home when he heard rapid gunshots followed by the screams of his son calling for his mother. The father rushed outside, only to see his son lying on the floor 60 meters away from the Israeli occupation police watchtower.

Rami was transferred to a hospital in occupied al-Quds after being shot, however, he succumbed to his wounds there as the bullet had directly penetrated his heart.

Some time later, an Israeli occupation police officer arrived at the hospital, and declared that the 12-year-old's body should be transferred to the Israeli Forensic Institute for an autopsy, according to Al-Halhouli's dad, who added that he was contacted three times by occupation officers informing him that the body will be returned to the family soon.

On one occasion, Rami's father was told that his son's funeral should be limited to less than 40 people.

He added that he received his son's body six days after he was murdered, and he was buried in the town of Anata, next to the camp, noting that his family had become accustomed to burying their dead in Bab al-Asbat cemetery.

IOF kill 6 Palestinians in occupied West Bank in all-night raids

Israeli occupation forces have killed six Palestinians during raids on several areas in the occupied West Bank this morning, Al Mayadeen's correspondent reported.

Four Palestinians were killed in Nur Shams camp east of Tulkarm, two of them by an Israeli drone strike on a house during the IOF raid, the Palestinian Health Ministry said in a statement.

Confrontations with occupation forces in the camp lasted for around 8 hours.

Palestinian media identified the Tulkarm martyrs as Nidhal Abu Obeid, Iyad Kanouh, Mohamed Jebaawi, and Abdullah Qaisi.

The deputy director of emergency services at the Red Crescent in Tulkarm, Ahmad Zahrani, pointed out that the occupation "prevented the Red Crescent team from reaching the martyrs for more than an hour."

Several Palestinians from the camp were detained by occupation soldiers and subjected to field interrogations, our correspondent added.
