Israeli Occupation Forces raided Aqabat Jaber camp, Ariha, at dawn on Thursday, but were confronted by the Palestinian Resistance, resulting in a multitude of injuries.

Soon after Palestinians confronted the raiding IOF units, the latter imposed a security cordon on the camp. In turn, the Palestinian Ministry of Health announced that 8 injured Palestinians arrived at Ariha Government Hospital, with live bullets, in their lower extremities. The ministry also highlighted that among the injured, one was in critical condition.

Local sources reported that the IOF, reinforced with military vehicles, stormed and surrounded about 30 houses, carried out searches, and caused damage to property.

On the other hand, Israeli media claimed that a group of occupation soldiers were participating in a large-scale operation in Aqabat Jaber camp in Ariha, to "arrest a large number of wanted persons."

Israeli settlers attack Palestinians in Burqa, injuries reported

Al Mayadeen's correspondent reported on Wednesday, that a group of illegal Israeli settlers attacked the people of the village of Burqa, northwest of Nablus, and burned down olive trees.

Two Palestinian youths were injured by shrapnel from live bullets, and dozens of others suffocated from poisonous gas.

The Palestinian official in charge of the settlement file in the northern occupied West Bank, Ghassan Daghlas, told WAFA that settlers attacked citizens’ homes on the western side of the village of Burqa, burned a cattle barn and the surrounding lands planted with olives, and opened fire under the protection of Israeli occupation soldiers who, in their part, fired gas and stun grenades.

As a result, a Palestinian youth was wounded by shrapnel from live bullets in the foot, while another sustained wounds in the hand, and dozens of others suffocated.
