IOF sergeant dead in Gaza confrontations, death toll rises to 701
The number of Israeli occupation soldiers' deaths since October 7th has risen to 701 following the death of a reserve first sergeant during confrontations with the Palestinian Resistance in the central region of the sector.
A reserve first sergeant in the Israeli occupation forces was killed during confrontations in the central Gaza Strip, according to Israeli occupation media, Channel 12.
Reports indicate that the IOF sergeant sustained injuries from an explosive device while participating in operations in the central section of the Palestinian sector, where he was complicit in the ongoing genocide against the Palestinian people. The sergeant reportedly succumbed to his injuries later on.
Israeli media also reported that another IOF soldier was seriously injured in the same incident.
With this death, the Israeli occupation army's death toll since October 7 has risen to 701.
Confrontations in Gaza remain ongoing
The Palestinian Resistance continues to confront the Israeli occupation forces in the Gaza Strip on the 324th day of the Al-Aqsa Flood Operation, causing substantial losses to the invading forces.
On Sunday, Al Mayadeen TV obtained exclusive footage of a joint operation conducted by the al-Nasser Salah al-Din Brigades and the Al-Ansar Brigades against Israeli positions.
The coordinated attack, utilizing heavy mortar shells, targeted the Israeli command and control base in the Netzarim axis, according to the groups.
Meanwhile, confrontations between Palestinian Resistance fighters and IOF in the al-Zaytoun neighborhood east of Gaza City have intensified and extended to the eastern fronts of Deir al-Balah, central Gaza, Al Mayadeen's correspondent reported, adding that the Resistance has inflicted a large number of casualties among Israeli soldiers.
Intense battles were also heard in the Al-Zana and Abasan al-Jadida areas east of Khan Younis in southern Gaza, the correspondent said.
Following reports of an explosion in Tel Aviv and the activation of sirens, the al-Qassam Brigades announced that they had targeted the city with an M90 rocket in response to Israeli massacres against civilians and the deliberate displacement of the Palestinian people.
