IOF withdraw from Tubas under West Bank Resistance's fire
The Palestinian Resistance continues confronting the Israeli military raids of West Bank cities, targeting its forces and vehicles, and forcing them to retreat.
The Israeli occupation withdrew its forces from the al-Faraa camp in southernmost Tubas in the occupied West Bank amid fierce strikes and persistent confrontations with the Palestinian Resistance, following an assault that lasted for over eight hours.
The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) had raided the camp and city of Tubas on Wednesday dawn, storming and searching the homes of liberated Palestinian prisoners, while simultaneously destroying civilian infrastructure and private property across the territory.
As the storming forces called for military reinforcement, fierce confrontations and engagement with the Palestinian Resistance fighters were ignited.
The al-Quds Brigades - Tubas Briagde announced that its fighters had confronted the invading forces, noting that they engaged in clashes with infantry troops.
It also reported that its fighters successfully ambushed enemy forces along the al-Thaghra axis, targeting them with heavy rounds of gunfire while simultaneously detonating pre-prepared explosive devices against the enemy's military vehicles, achieving confirmed hits.
The al-Qassam Brigades stated that their fighters confronted enemy forces during the morning using machine guns near the al-Nakhlah Roundabout and al-Thaghra Street in the city of Tubas.

The Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) announced that two Palestinians were injured by live bullets in Tubas, and were transported to the hospital for treatment.
Mass arrests
The IOF also detained brothers Iyad and Hazem Missilmani, as well as Islam Shafiq Kharraz and Mustafa Shahrouri, after raiding their homes in the city.
A surge in administrative detention orders has accompanied these mass arrests, with over 10,000 issued since October 2023. Administrative detention, a controversial practice allowing individuals to be detained without charge or trial, has been applied to women and children, sparking widespread condemnation from human rights advocates.
Detention campaigns have reportedly been marked by severe violations, including physical abuse, humiliation, and threats directed at detainees and their families. In many cases, detainees' homes have been vandalized, valuables such as vehicles and money confiscated, and infrastructure in refugee camps, particularly in Jenin and Tulkarm, systematically destroyed.
There have also been accusations of field executions carried out by Israeli forces, adding to the brutality of these operations.
Palestinian detainee organizations have released a detailed report exposing the alarming scale of detentions and rights abuses carried out by Israeli forces in the occupied West Bank and occupied al-Quds since October 7, 2023.
Since the onset of the war on Gaza, more than 11,800 Palestinians have been detained in the West Bank and al-Quds. Among them are 435 women, including some from Gaza and areas occupied in 1948, and 775 children.
