Israeli Soldiers on AI Training for Northern Front
As part of bolstering its so-called national security, “Israel" claims that it will train IOF soldiers on the northern front on how to use AI technology in combat.
The Israeli occupation chose two companies, RAFAEL for military industries and RadNet for communications, to organize an annual training program for IOF recruits on the northern front.
The plan will also include young Israeli settlers in the area, in a move that Israeli observers view as basic for strengthening “Israel’s” so-called national security.
The aim of the training program is to relieve the pressure of a labor shortage in the high-tech sector. All retired IOF in the northern area will also undergo the training course.
This step is one of the recommendations suggested after assessing recent military operations against Palestinians.
The Israeli occupation's technical departments still brag about the alleged success of their artificial intelligence techniques used in the war on the Gaza Strip last May.
During the operation, Intel officers in Unit 8200 devised algorithms and codes to create advanced software, called “Alchemist”, “Gospel”, and “Depth of Wisdom”, which were developed and subsequently used during the last aggression on Gaza.
Furthermore, technical units in the Israeli occupation forces claim that the use of AI in the last aggression against Gaza resulted in a shorter duration of combat.
