Israeli airstrike kills four people in Gaza, violating ceasefire
'Israel' has been escalating its violations of the ceasefire in Gaza since the end of the first phase of the agreement, conducting airstrikes and shooting civilians on a nearly daily basis.

An Israeli airstrike targeting a group of civilians in Gaza killed four people, in yet another blatant violation by the Israeli Occupation Forces.
The airstrike targeted a group of civilians in southern Gaza City near the Netzarim area, resulting in "four martyrs including two brothers," all in their 20s, according to Gaza Civil Defense Spokesperson Mahmoud Basal on Tuesday.
Israeli Occupation Forces claimed it targeted a group of armed men, "engaged in suspicious activity posing a serious threat to IOF troops," adding that a terrorist was identified conducting surveillance activities and gathering intelligence on IDF soldiers in southern Gaza."
This comes amid near-daily airstrikes by the Israeli forces on Gaza and a blockade on humanitarian aid entering Gaza, in blatant violation of the ceasefire agreement that went to effect on January 19, 2025.
'Israel' keeps up its violations of the Gaza ceasefire
According to Al Mayadeen's correspondent, a drone strike targeting a gathering of civilians east of the Bureij Camp killed three Palestinians on March 10, while the Palestine Today agency reported that one martyr was transported to the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in Deir al-Balah, while two others remained at the site of the attack
Earlier on March 10, the Gaza Ministry of Health reported in its daily statistical update that nine martyrs had been recorded, including five whose bodies were recovered and four newly confirmed, while 16 injuries were brought to hospitals in the past 24 hours
On the same day, the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) shot a Palestinian woman in the Tal al-Sultan neighborhood in westernmost Rafah in the Gaza Strip, according to Al Mayadeen's correspondent
Blockade on Gaza worsens humanitarian crisis
On March 2, "Israel" announced a blockade on the delivery of humanitarian aid to Gaza and threatened to add more pressure on Hamas, as the Palestinian Resistance faction refuses the US proposal to extend the first phase of the ceasefire agreement
During a press briefing on March 10, UNRWA Commissioner-General Philippe Lazzarini stated, "We have already seen first signs of increased prices on the market," adding that as more time passes, the more the impact of the ban increases in Gaza, while also warning that "there is a risk of going back to the situation we experienced months ago, about deepening hunger in Gaza Strip... The block needs to be lifted."
Israeli Energy Minister Eli Cohen announced on March 9 that he had signed an order to cut electricity supply to Gaza, a week after the occupation blocked all humanitarian aid from the Strip, while emphasizing in a video address that "Israel" will use all available tools to bring back the captives and ensure that Hamas is no longer in Gaza the day after the war.
UN Special Rapporteur on Palestine Francesca Albanese stated that the lack of sanctions and an arms embargo against "Israel" amid the electricity cutoff in Gaza amounts to complicity in genocide.
Albanese emphasized in an X post on March 9 that cutting off electricity means no functioning desalination stations and no clean water and that failing to act aids and assists "Israel" in committing one of the most preventable genocides in history.
