Israeli occupation forces suppressed on Saturday Palestinians celebrating Morocco’s victory over Portugal and qualifying for the semi-finals of the Qatar World Cup in the Bab al-Amoud area in occupied al-Quds.

Palestinians of al-Quds celebrated the victory of the Moroccan national team and raised the Moroccan flag on the wall of al-Quds at Bab al-Amoud and several other neighborhoods in the occupied city that witnessed car parades and celebrations.

A few days ago, the Moroccan national team players celebrated their qualification for the quarter-finals of the World Cup after defeating the Spanish national team in penalties, raising the Palestinian flag in the Education City stadium.

Since the start of the World Cup, the Israeli media has repeatedly talked about the hostility and hatred that Israelis in Qatar face while covering the events of the world championship.
