Israeli forces bombed al-Mawasi camp using US-made JDAM bombs: Maariv
"Israel's" military radio reported that the Israeli Air Force dropped a total 8 JDAM bombs during the massacre, resulting in 390 Palestinians being either killed or injured.
Israeli news website Maariv reported on Saturday that the bombs used by Israeli forces in the al-Mawasi massacre were US-manufactured JDAM bombs.
Known for their precision and advanced targeting capabilities, JDAMs are kits that are attached to Mark 80 series bombs, which turn the dumb bomb into a precision munition.
Guided by laser and/or GPS, incorporating artificial intelligence and advanced sensor technologies, and are manufactured by the US and "Israel."

Maariv quoted Rotem Meital, the director of the Israeli military technology company Asgard, as saying that these bombs were previously the center of disputes with the US administration.
Just a few months ago, the bombs were the cause of serious controversy in the US military armaments shipments dilemma, Meital said.

Latest estimates from Gaza's Health Ministry reveal that the death toll in the al-Mawasi camp, a so-called "designated safe zone," has risen to 90.
According to the Ministry, "half" of the dead are women and children, and at least 300 have sustained injuries, many of which are in "critical" condition.
After the massacre was committed, "Israel" claimed to have killed a high-ranking Hamas commander in the area. However, it later retracted this statement after sources within the Resistance confirmed that Commander Muhammad al-Deif was alive and well.
In a statement, the Resistance clarified that the purpose of "Israel's" allegations was to cover up the horrific massacre committed by the Israeli occupation in Khan Younis.
Hamas leader Sami Abu Zuhri confirmed to Reuters earlier that the report broadcast by the Israeli occupation's Army Radio, stating that a raid on Khan Younis targeted the general commander of the al-Qassam Brigades, is "nonsense."
He further noted that "all the martyrs are civilians," stressing that "what is happening is a dangerous escalation of genocide amid American support and global silence," and further noted that the massacre is a practical message from the occupation indicating that it "is not interested in any agreement."

Despite media reports of disagreements between "Israel" and the US over arms supplies, Washington is continuing to provide large quantities of weapons to the regime.
The US has claimed its commitment to civilian protection in Gaza and has urged "Israel" to minimize civilian casualties, but its domestic and international image is deteriorating because of its pivotal role in continuing the war and failing to achieve a ceasefire.
