Israeli forces kill 5 in West Bank, amid escalating Resistance actions

Israeli occupation forces raided multiple towns in the West Bank and surrounded the home of the Haifa operation executioner. Find out more about the latest developments in occupied territories.

Five Palestinians were killed by Israeli occupation forces throughout the occupied West Bank on Monday. 

Most recently the young adult Obeida Hamed was martyred after he succumbed to his wounds after he was shot by occupation forces in Silwad to the east of Ramallah.

Al Mayadeen's correspondent reported that a 16-year-old child, Rani Yasser Khalad al-Shaer, was also killed similarly near the town of Teqoa to the east of Beit Lahm.

Moreover, extremist armed settler gangs arrived at a meeting point near the Palestinian town of Madama to the northwest of Huwara in the northern West Bank.

Nearby, in Nablus al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades announced that its fighters confronted Israeli occupation forces who had launched an incursion into the Balata refugee camp, via al-Madares street. The Resistance utilized assault rifles and improvised explosive devices to fend off the invading forces.

In the occupied 1948 territories, Israeli occupation forces were deployed near the Palestinian town of Tamra, located to the east of Haifa. Reportedly, the occupation troops were sent to surround the residence of a Palestinian who had executed a dual car-ramming and stabbing operation on an Israeli Naval Base in Haifa.

The Israeli Ynet news website said that the person who executed the operation is, Wasim Abu al-Hijah, a 27-year-old from Tamra. The operation seriously injured at least one Israeli soldier, according to Israeli media outlets.

In occupied al-Quds, occupation forces raided the home of journalist, Ahmad Roken, vandalizing his residence after arresting him on Monday dawn.

In the same context, Israeli occupation forces have so far detained at least 6,370 Palestinians from the West Bank, since October 7, forty of whom were arrested today. The increasing operations conducted by Palestinians in the West Bank and occupied '48 territories have come amid warnings from the Israeli military command, that the situation in former territory may "explode".
