The occupation forces brutally attacked al-Quds residents celebrating Mawlid of the Prophet.
Confrontations, which started on Monday evening during the celebration of Mawlid (the birth) of the Prophet, continue in Bab al-Amoud in the occupied al-Quds.

Bab al-Amoud witnessed attacks yesterday by the Israeli occupation forces against the citizens of al-Quds, while the military and mounted forces went after the young men and boys and arrested some of them, including a child.
The forces fired stun grenades and rubber bullets directly at the young men, brutally assaulted them, preventing them from gathering and celebrating the Prophet's birthday and forcing them to evacuate the place by force, resulting in the injury of 49 and the arrest of 10 others.
Moreover, the occupation forces brutally attacked a female resident of al-Quds in Bab al-Amoud, in front of her mother who tried to protect her in vain.

In this context, the Red Crescent asserted that its teams dealt with 5 injuries during the Bab al-Amoud confrontations, two of whom were transported to the hospital, adding that the injuries were the result of stun grenades and beating.
