Pezeshkian: You want the countries of this region to turn on each other by handing out bombs and missiles, and then you say you are peace-seekers?
Pezeshkian: When they boast of having missiles and bombs beyond imagination, is it us who are causing war and bloodshed—or is it them, who flood this region with weapons and ammunition?
Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian replying to Trump: Those who for the past year have killed more than 60,000 Palestinian women and children in bombings, cannot claim to be peace-seekers.

The Commission of Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs and the Palestinian Prisoners Society confirmed on Tuesday that the Israeli occupation forces have detained 25 Palestinians in the occupied West Bank, bringing the total number of detainees to 8,270 since October 7.

In a joint statement, the two bodies mentioned that the detention campaign was concentrated in the governorates of Qalqilya, al-Khalil, and Jenin, while the rest of the detentions were distributed between Beit Lahm and al-Quds governorates.

This comes as Israeli occupation forces continue to carry out wide-ranging raid and harassment operations, brutal beatings, and threats against detainees and their families, in addition to extensive sabotage and destruction operations against Palestinian citizens' homes.

Earlier, at dawn on Tuesday, Israeli occupation forces stormed the city of Jenin and launched an arrest campaign in the area. They also vandalized property and a number of vehicles in Jenin’s eastern neighborhood.

Meanwhile, the IOF raided a number of neighborhoods in the city, with occupation forces deployed near the Al-Razi Hospital, where confrontations broke out with Palestinian youths, with no injuries reported.

Israeli occupation forces also stormed the city of al-Khalil and arrested the two Palestinian youths, Abdul Rahman al-Fakhouri, from Wadi al-Joz in al-Khalil, and the student, Ibada Firas Wael Abu Sharkh from his home in the southern area of the city.

Concurrently, Israeli occupation forces arrested four Palestinian youths from the town of Habla, south of Qalqilya, after they stormed the town, and raided and ransacked their families’ homes.

The IOF also stormed Tulkarm and Ezbet al-Jarad, to its east, all the way to the Pharaoh Roundabout at the southern entrance to the city.

They also raided the building of the Abu Bakr al-Siddiq Mosque and mounted its roof where they deployed snipers and the al-Safarini Building where they also deployed snipers.

The occupation forces conducted extensive sweeping operations in the vicinity of the mosque and the al-Azziya neighborhoods and stole donations from the mosque’s fund before leaving.

The West Bank has seen continuous daily confrontations since the start of the ongoing Israeli war on the Gaza Strip, as the towns and cities of the occupied West Bank are exposed to daily raids and incursions, including multiple detentions, often resulting in Palestinians killed or injured on a daily basis.
