The Israeli soldier who died as a result of one of the IEDs detonated by the Palestinian Resistance is a Master Sergeant who was part of a force carrying out an arrest raid in the camp, according to The Time of Israel.
Palestinian youth have been confronting the intruding Israeli forces in the camp for more than 16 consecutive hours, Al Mayadeen's correspondent reported. The Israeli occupation forces have tightened restrictions on movement in the West Bank following the launch of Operation Al-Aqsa Flood on October 7. Since the bombing of al-Ahli Baptist Hospital on October 17, the West Bank has seen increased demonstrations and confrontations against Israeli occupation soldiers.
A wide-scale arrest campaign on Palestinians in the West Bank comes at a time when "Israel" has concentrated a large sum of its assets in Gaza's Envelope and the Northern Front with Lebanon. The main objective of the Israeli military and political command in occupied territories is to restrict the occupation in the West Bank and occupied 1948 territories.
