Israeli official in Texas: 'Israel' protector of Judeo-Christian world
The US had found appeal in the "ideology of ISIS and Al-Qaeda" which the Israeli official flaunts to scare the American public into sponsoring the active genocide of Palestinians.
At an event organized by the Christians United for "Israel" organization in Texas, Gilad Erdan, the Israeli ambassador to the United Nations, despicably resorted to Orientalist speaking points to manufacture consent for the ongoing genocide in Gaza.
"Hamas' ideology is the same as that of ISIS, Al-Qaeda, and the Ayatollah regime in Iran, and it is for Islamic rule over the entire world. They will not stop until they kill all the 'infidels' - that is, the Jews and Christians. Israel is fighting today to protect not only itself but the free world," Erdan proclaimed.
"In order to destroy Hamas we must go deep into Gaza."
Erdan's statement echoes the recently propagated narrative of demonizing Hamas by likening them to ISIS to justify the massacres against Palestinians in Gaza.
Hamas is an indigenous liberation movement that adopts Islamic principles and aesthetics similar to how the Irish liberation movement in the 1860s adopted catholic principles and aesthetics.

Meanwhile, Al-Qaeda and ISIS adopt a distorted extremist version of Islam. Unlike Hamas, Al-Qaeda and ISIS are Takfiris (i.e. they designate anybody who doesn't adopt their distorted beliefs as an infidel).
Ironically, 30 years ago, the US had found appeal in the "ideology of ISIS and Al-Qaeda" which the Israeli official flaunts to scare the American public into sponsoring the active genocide of Palestinians.
The United States played a key role in allowing this takfiri ideology to prosper.
Firstly, through the proxy war with the USSR in Afghanistan.
Hilary Clinton famously said that the US exported Wahhabism from Saudi Arabia to Afghanistan to ideologize Muslims and garner volunteers from across the world to fight the socialist government in Afghanistan and the Soviet Army.
It was these factions that were heavily funded by the US in the Cold War that later espoused Al-Qaeda.
Secondly, in their war against Iraq.
By impoverishing Iraq with sanctions, carpet bombing the country, and dissolving the army, the US created breeding grounds for terrorism. ISIS was born out of Al-Qaeda in Iraq where it massacred Iraqi Christians, Muslims, and others under the auspices of the American occupation.

Thirdly, through their regime change war against Syria.
The US was interested in nurturing takfiri ideology in Syria, where they served as reliable footsoldiers and ferocious fighters against the Arab Syrian army to overthrow the legitimate president for geopolitical leverage in the region. The threat of takfiris also spilled over to Lebanon, where they conducted suicide bombing attacks against social hubs in the suburbs of Beirut.
Israeli officials dared to flaunt the "threat of ISIS", when ISIS was coincidentally locked in deadly battles with all their enemies in the region, while their settlements and colonial regime were spared from any ISIS attacks.
More so, former Mossad Chief, Efraim Halevy publicly admitted during a televised interview that "Israel" offered treatment for Al-Qaeda-affiliated fighters from Syria because it was aligned with their geopolitical interests.
The Israeli ambassador, Gilad Erdan, shamelessly told the American "Christians for Israel" that they stand for Christians less than a week after the IOF bombed a 1,700-year-old Church in Gaza, which was housing hundreds of Christian and Muslim refugees.
