Israeli snipers besiege al-Awda Hospital in northern Gaza
Israeli occupation forces continue to target and destroy residential buildings in the Gaza Strip with inhabitants inside.
Al Mayadeen's correspondent reported that Israeli snipers besieged the al-Awda Hospital in the northern Gaza Strip, confirming that the hospital's administration evacuated patients from their rooms.
Our correspondent also reported that Israeli warships targeted the shores of the city of Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip.
Several areas in Gaza were subjected to Israeli bombardment, resulting in multiple casualties, as the occupying forces destroyed residential buildings with inhabitants inside, near the Palestine Stadium.
Artillery shelling reached the eastern parts of Khan Younis in central Gaza, concurrent with ongoing confrontations between Palestinian Resistance fighters and Israeli occupation soldiers in Khan Younis city. Additionally, a house under construction on Jalal Street was destroyed. Intense Israeli shelling also targeted northern areas of the Strip.
Earlier, the spokesperson for the Al-Qassam Brigades, Abu Obeida, announced that within the last 72 hours, the Brigades successfully destroyed 135 Israeli occupation military vehicles, either entirely or partially.
Abu Obeida stated that the Resistance fighters inflicted casualties, killing and injuring dozens of Zionist soldiers.
Furthermore, the Israeli occupation military confirmed Thursday evening that the son of the former Chief of Staff of the Israeli military, Gadi Eisenkot, was killed in the Jabaliya refugee camp, north of the Gaza Strip.
