Israeli media reported on Saturday that one Israeli soldier was killed in Jenin as confrontations with Palestinian Resistance fighters in the occupied West Bank continued for the fourth consecutive day.

Resistance groups in Jenin announced successfully carrying out several ambushes, confirming casualties among Israeli soldiers.

The renewed raid in Jenin came following the withdrawal of the IOF from the town of Kafr Dan, Al Mayadeen's correspondent reported. Before exiting the town, Israeli forces besieged a house west of the city, leading to a confrontation with Resistance fighters, mainly from the al-Qassam Brigades.

The Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades - Jenin announced that they are engaged in fierce battles with occupation soldiers in the eastern neighborhood of Jenin, the al-Damj neighborhood, and across all combat zones in the city, using machine guns and explosive devices. They confirmed that they inflicted direct hits on the Israeli forces.

Palestinian media reported wounded Israeli soldiers being evacuated following the al-Damj ambush.

Media sources told Al Mayadeen that the IOF besieged a house in the al-Damj neighborhood in Jenin, and bombarded it with Energa grenades, while military helicopters were flying extensively over the Jenin Camp.

The Brigades also announced that they successfully conducted another ambush against an Israeli unit in the al-Jabriyat neighborhood, which involved detonating a high-explosive device.

Simultaneously, al-Quds Brigades - Jenin Brigade announced that their fighters successfully detonated an IED in an Israeli military vehicle in the al-Jabriyat Street area.

'No security' on occupied land

Israeli occupation forces continue to besiege Jenin Governmental Hospital, deliberately obstructing the work of paramedics and ambulances. IOF troops are also conducting raids and vandalizing numerous homes in the city's eastern neighborhood, the sources added.

In al-Khalil, occupation forces stormed the Jabal Abou Rumman area and established military checkpoints along the roads leading to the city and Beit Lahm, effectively closing most of the entrances.

The Israeli occupation also closed the Ibrahimi Mosque in al-Khalil, barring Palestinians from entering, and raided the Bab al-Zawiya area in the city center, according to Al Mayadeen's field sources.

Dual op in Al-Khalil

Palestinian Resistance fighters carried out late Friday two operations that targeted the settlements of Gush Etzion and Karmei Tzur near Hebron in the southern West Bank, which involved car bomb explosions and confrontations.

Several Israelis were wounded, including the commander of the Etzion Regional Brigade.

Israeli occupation forces closed the entrances to al-Khalil, particularly to the south of the area where the operations occurred, and deployed substantial reinforcements, including helicopter units.

Palestinian Resistance Hamas movement, among other groups, commended the operations, saying they are a "clear message that the Resistance will continue to be strong, far-reaching and persistent as long as the brutal aggression of the [Israeli] occupation and its targeting of our people and our land continues."

"The [Israeli] entity ... will not enjoy security on our land and will receive more painful blows from our heroic Resistance."
