One Israeli soldier killed, another wounded in Karmiel stabbing
The spokesperson for the Israeli occupation police says the person who carried out the operation was shot dead.
One Israeli soldier was killed after sustaining critical injuries in a stabbing operation at a shopping mall in the city of Karmiel, Israeli media reported on Wednesday.
Earlier, Al Mayadeen's Bureau chief in occupied Palestine reported that three Israeli soldiers were injured in a stabbing operation at a shopping mall in the city of Karmiel near Akka in southern Upper al-Jalil, northern occupied Palestine,
The Israeli Magen David Adom emergency service reported that the injuries, one serious and another critical, were transported to the Galilee Medical Center in Nahariya.

The spokesperson for the Israeli occupation police mentioned that the person who carried out the operation was shot dead, confirming ongoing searches for additional suspects.
The spokesperson added that senior officers are holding an assessment at the scene of the attack.
Israeli media reported that the Palestinian who carried out the operation was from the town of Nahf in the 1948 occupied Palestinian territories.
The Israeli radio reported that the police had closed the entrances to the shopping mall where the stabbing operation occurred, preventing any movement in or out.
