The director of Al Mayadeen's office in Palestine reported that the Israeli occupation forces spoke of killing 4 Palestinians in Burqin. He asserted that the Israeli special forces raided Burqin and other Palestinian towns and carried out an assassination.
The Israeli occupation forces raided Jenin, Burqin, and Kafr Dan, leading to armed confrontations with Palestinians that left one local injured, said Palestinian media. The Israeli occupation forces also arrested 4 civilians.

A video posted on social media shows a Palestinian man injured following the confrontations that took place in Burqin.
The Israeli occupation forces surrounded a Palestinian's home, demanding its residents to surrender themselves, according to local media.
Confrontations continue until now, accompanied by extensive security sweeps in the area between Burqin, Al-Yamun, and Kafr Dan - the reasons for which are unclear.

Palestinian sources reported that an armed group opened fire on the IOF as they raided Burqin, noting that the area spanning Ya'bad, Salim, Kafr Dan, and AL-Yamun has seen extensive Israeli military activity since the early morning hours.
The IOF has been blocking the main entrance to Burqin for nearly an hour, and it has mobilized support, including a sniper. The entire area has been closed off by IOF military patrols. The Israeli action has been met by resistance from the Palestinians, as they have opened fire on the occupation from several locations. Several explosions have been heard from the town.
A few days ago, Al Mayadeen's correspondent reported that the people of Jenin had responded to the Israeli occupation forces by opening fire in several areas of the city.
Earlier, following the demonstrations that took off from Jenin Camp and several Palestinian areas in support of the Gilboa Prison escapees, Hamas and PIJ warned the IOF against harming the people of the camp.
