Israeli strikes kill, injure displaced Palestinians in Gaza
Israeli occupation forces continue to massacre Palestinians in the Gaza Strip, targeting their homes and the tents of displaced citizens.
Israeli occupation forces launched several overnight strikes on the Gaza Strip, causing multiple casualties among displaced Palestinians, on Wednesday.
Dozens of airstrikes and artillery rounds impacted the Gaza Strip, which were mainly concentrated in the central Gaza Strip, early today. Preliminary reports indicate that seven Palestinians were martyred and several others were injured due to a raid that targeted the Nassar family home in the Nuseirat refugee camp. Another strike on the camp also martyred one Palestinian and injured several others.
Meanwhile, three members of a family were killed and others were wounded due to an airstrike that targeted their home in the al-Bureij refugee camp.
The Civil Defense in Gaza also reported that emergency workers recovered the bodies of five martyrs from the al-Farabi Shcool, in Gaza City, which has been repurposed to house forcibly displaced Palestinians.
In the al-Zaytoun neighborhood, specifically in the al-Saftawi area, ground forces demolished a residential bloc in the area. Local media outlets also reported that an Israeli strike on the al-Ahly Club in the Sheikh al-Radwan neighborhood caused several casualties among displaced Palestinians in Gaza City.
In the southern Gaza Strip, Israeli military helicopters struck a makeshift shelter housing displaced Palestinians in the al-Mawasi area of Khan Younis.
The latest toll released by the Ministry of Health in Gaza on Tuesday revealed that 46,645 martyrs had been martyred as a result of the Israeli aggression on the besieged territory and 110,012 have been wounded, since October 7, 2023.
