Kiev responsible for attack in Russia's Taganrog: Russian MoD
The Health Ministry told reporters that a total of 15 people received injuries, of which seven have been hospitalized.

The Russian Ministry of Defense said Friday that Ukraine is responsible for waging a "terrorist attack" on the residential infrastructure of the city of Taganrog in the Rostov region.
Explosions were heard earlier in the day in the city where several people were injured, and residential infrastructure was damaged.
Initial reports stated that an explosion took place near the Chekhov Garden cafe, located in the center of Taganrog.
According to a statement from the Russian MoD, Ukraine's forces carried out the attack using an S-200 air defense missile system.
It also said that Russian forces intercepted a missile and debris fell over the city of Taganrog.

The Governor of Rostov Region Vasily Golubev said that the explosion resulted in the destruction of the roof of the Museum of Arts, garages, and outbuildings, and damaged local residential buildings.

Later in the day, the Russian MoD reported that it detected and intercepted Ukrainian S-200 missiles using Russian air defense systems.
"Russian air defense systems intercepted a Ukrainian missile near the city of Azov in the Rostov region. Fragments of the downed Ukrainian missile fell in a deserted area," the defense ministry said.
Governor Vasily Golubev wrote on his Telegram channel: "The second missile was hit by air defense systems. This time in the Azov region. Consequences are being specified."
