Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said the US is waging war against Russia by conducting the war in Ukraine and supplying the Ukrainian forces with weapons, ammunition, and intelligence, Sputnik reported. 

"What is happening is that Ukraine has been prepared for years to fight with its hands and its bodies to strategically defeat Russia. No matter what they say, they are managing this war, they are supplying weapons, ammunition, intelligence, satellite data — they are waging a war against us," Lavrov said.

It was reported earlier this month that the US is looking to provide Kiev with cluster bombs-laden missiles.

According to various US sources, cluster bombs-laden missiles might provide Kiev with the capacity to wreak significant damage into Russian territory, and the Biden administration is ready to equip Kiev with them.

Following the success of cluster munitions delivered in 155 mm artillery rounds in recent months, Reuters reported that the US is considering shipping either or both Army Tactical Missile Systems (ATACMS) that can fly up to 190 miles (306 km) or Guided Multiple Launch Rocket System (GMLRS) missiles with a 45-mile range packed with cluster bombs, according to three US officials.
