Lebanon's Islamic Group says two commanders assassinated by 'Israel'
The al-Fajr Forces, the armed wing of Lebanon's Islamic Group, announce that two of its top commanders were assassinated by the Israeli occupation forces.
The Fajr Forces, the military wing of the Islamic Group in Lebanon, announced the martyrdom of two of its high-ranking commanders on Friday evening while they were on duty, in an Israeli raid that targeted them in Meidoun in western Bekaa.
In a statement, Fajr Forces said the two martyrs, Musab Saeed Khalaf and Bilal Mohammed Khalaf, from Akkar in northern Lebanon, noting that they were martyred in defense of their people in the south and in support of the Palestinian people.

The Islamic Group emphasized that it would "continue to confront the Zionist enemy and support the Palestinian people" during a popular reception for more of its martyrs who were killed by the Israeli occupation forces in the city of Sidon in March.
The al-Fajr forces mourned in March three of its fighters who were martyred in Arqoub, southern Lebanon while carrying out their Resistance duty on the path to al-Quds.
The al-Fajr forces identified the martyrs as Mohammad Riyad Moheyiddine from Beirut, Hussein Hilal Darwish from Shhim, and Mohammad Jamal Ibrahim from al-Hebaria.
In an interview with Al Mayadeen, Deputy Head of the Political Bureau of the Islamic Group in Lebanon, Bassam Hammoud, emphasized the ongoing confrontation with the occupation, stating, "As long as this enemy occupies our land and attacks our villages, we will continue to confront it."
