Macron might win elections with 53.5% of votes - Poll
A poll reveals that Emmanuel Macron could win the presidential elections with 53.5% of the vote.
Incumbent President of France Emmanuel Macron may win the second round of the presidential race with 53.5% of the vote.
According to an Elabe poll released on Thursday, Macron's rival is expected to gather 46.5% of the vote. The earlier Elabe poll from Sunday had predicted that Macron would win the race at 52% against 48% for Le Pen.
63% of the respondents, according to the poll, were "sure they will go to vote" and 10% were "serious about going to vote".
In the first round of the elections, Macron came in first with 27.84% of the vote, and Le Pen came in second with 23.15% of the vote. The second round of the elections will be held on April 24.
