Military casualties in Israeli aggression on sites in Aleppo, Idlib
The Israeli occupation renews its aggression against Syria, targeting several military sites in the countryside of Aleppo and Idlib.
After midnight on Saturday, Israeli occupation forces launched a series of airstrikes on Syria, targeting multiple military sites in the Aleppo and Idlib countrysides.
A Syrian military source confirmed that the Israeli aggression resulted in the injury of several soldiers and some material losses.
In turn, Al Mayadeen's correspondent in Aleppo reported that the Israeli occupation forces carried out the airstrike from the Syrian Badia region, targeting areas that house Syrian military bases.
He noted that the explosions heard near the city of al-Safira area southeast of Aleppo were the result of the Israeli airstrikes, which targeted several sites in the area.
It is worth noting that on Tuesday, the Israeli aggression on Syria was renewed following an attack on the industrial zone in al-Qusayr, near the Lebanese border.
The Israeli occupationalso launched an attack on Monday targeting several civilian sites south of the Syrian capital, Damascus, causing significant material damage.
The Syrian Foreign Ministry had previously condemned continued Israeli aggression, emphasizing that the occupation's targeting of civilian areas and its aggressive actions are a direct result of the lack of serious international efforts to halt them.
The ministry reiterated its call for the United Nations to take immediate action and implement strong measures to stop the aggression and hold those responsible accountable.
