According to a Rasmussen Reports poll released on Thursday, the majority of likely voters in the United States believe that US President Joe Biden was involved in his son Hunter's foreign business deals, which are being looked into by US House lawmakers.
According to the poll, 58% of respondents felt it was likely that Biden was involved in his son's foreign business deals, with 44% saying it was "very likely".
Results of the poll also showed that only 10% of respondents are undecided, while one-third believe Biden was not involved in the deals.

The poll was conducted as the US House Oversight Committee looked to investigate suspected crimes, including corruption and influence peddling, committed by the Biden family. James Comer, the panel's chairman earlier this month, called the suspected behavior "organized crime".
The investigation by the committee is based in part on claims made by a confidential FBI informant that Joe and Hunter Biden got millions of dollars from a Ukrainian energy firm. Additionally, lawmakers are looking into deals allegedly tied to China.

Contrary to information from an IRS whistleblower involved in matters connected to Hunter Biden, Biden has denied ever speaking to his son about his business deals.
The survey polled 1,054 likely US voters on June 28-29 and July 2. With a 95% confidence level, the poll's margin of error is maintained at plus or minus three percentage points.
