Nasrallah's Funeral Reveals True Power in the Region
Speaking to Tasnim on the significance of the funerals, Ayatollah Sayyed Yassin al-Moussawi from Najaf stated, "After his funeral, everyone will understand who truly holds power in the region."
He noted that the event symbolizes Islamic unity and stands as a response to "American-Zionist delusions." Al-Moussawi described the funeral as "unlike any previous funeral," asserting that it demonstrates the power of the Ummah and a rejection of falsehood.

Touching on political matters, al-Moussawi stressed that the Palestinian cause remains a core issue for Arab and Muslim nations. He criticized certain Arab states for normalizing relations with "Israel" under US pressure, attributing this trend to motivations of greed and fear.
"Normalization with Israel stems from greed and fear—fear of war, fear of losing power, and fear of economic sanctions," he stated, cautioning that these governments rely too heavily on US support.

Al-Moussawi also pointed to internal challenges in Lebanon, noting the presence of factions advocating normalization with "Israel", which he described as lacking foundational principles.
He affirmed that Iraqis would never accept normalization, stating, "The people of Iraq have long faced such threats, but we are a nation unafraid of death." He cited the mass mobilization of Iraqi youth following Grand Ayatollah Ali al-Sistani's fatwa against ISIS as proof of Iraq's unwavering resilience.

Al-Asadi credited Nasrallah with shaping the strategic vision of the resistance movement and ensuring its continuity. "He never allowed distractions to divert the resistance from its mission," he noted.

Al-Asadi noted that Iraq's resistance groups continue to draw strength from Sayyed Nasrallah's teachings. He described the symbolic funerals in Iraq as a "national referendum" on support for the resistance, pointing to the large turnout as evidence of the movement's legitimacy and vitality.
"Iraq will resist any attempts to alter the region's identity or sever its historical and cultural ties," he asserted.
