Operation Al-Aqsa Flood exposed fake power of 'Israel': Bagheri
Palestinian Resistance has clearly demonstrated its ability to execute complex and hybrid operations that challenge Israeli capabilities.
The Chief of Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces, Major General Mohammad Bagheri, affirmed on Sunday that Operation Al-Aqsa Flood has exposed the fake power of the Israeli entity.
Bagheri stated that the Resistance forces are capable of launching complex and intricate operations that defy the Israeli capabilities, including their Iron Dome, emphasizing that some desperate attempts, such as the "ridiculous normalization farce," will not be able to slow down the pace of "Israel's" demise.
He further stated that "the resistance fighters, during their surprise air, sea, and land operation against Israeli military positions, presented inspiring scenes of the resistance and resilience of the oppressed Palestinian people."
"Operation Al-Aqsa Storm is the product of the anger that the Zionist enemy has planted in the oppressed Palestinian nation's heart and must now reap," General Bagheri stressed.
On his account, Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian believed that the Israeli entity's continuous crimes against the Palestinian people have led to the operation initiated by Palestinian Resistance groups.
During a phone call with his Turkish counterpart, Amir-Abdollahian called on Muslim countries “to remain united in support of the holy occupied city of al-Quds, as well as the oppressed and resistant Palestinian nation.”
Iran backs Palestine
On Saturday, Major General Yahya Rahim Safavi, the advisor to the Iranian leader for military affairs, declared Tehran's firm support for Operation Al-Aqsa Flood.
"We will stay with the Palestinian freedom fighters until the liberation of Palestine and Al-Quds," he stated.
Safavi expressed these views during a ceremony in Tehran known as the 6th International Conference on Solidarity with Palestinian Children and Adolescents, which took place on Saturday.
"We support Al-Aqsa Storm operation and we are confident that the Resistance Front also supports it," he added.
He also extended his congratulations to the Palestinian Resistance for the operation's success.
On Saturday, thousands of Iranians gathered in the capital, Tehran, to celebrate the historic Palestinian military Operation Al-Aqsa Flood. They raised Palestinian flags, displayed images of al-Aqsa Mosque, and chanted slogans in support of Palestine and al-Aqsa Mosque.

In the same context, members of the Iranian Parliament chanted slogans in support of the Palestinian Resistance and Operation Al-Aqsa Flood.
It is worth noting that the Resistance's operation comes in the context of continued and unchecked Israeli aggression against Palestinians in the occupied West Bank and al-Quds, as well as a suffocating siege on the Gaza Strip.
