Three Palestinians were injured after Israeli occupation forces (IOF) stormed the refugee camp of Aqabat Jabr in Areeha on Wednesday targeting residents with live ammunition, according to sources in Palestine.

A large force of Israeli troops, supported by dozens of military vehicles, raided the camp and stationed themselves at its center. The IOF surrounded and raided several homes, damaging residents' belongings.

Eyewitnesses said that the occupation forces broke into the house of the martyr Jibril Kamal Al-Lada'a and also stormed the residence of Samir Al-Titi.

Confrontations broke out between youthful residents and the occupation forces following the raid, as rubber tires were set on fire blocking rodes, in protest of the aggression.

According to the organization Rescue Without Borders, a settler's car was damaged after being shot at in Hawara.

On his part, the head of the settlement council in the northern West Bank said the event was dangerous because the bullets almost directly hit the settler which would have killed him.

Following the shooting operation, Israeli forces forcibly shut down stores and shops in the town.
