Palestinian factions announce they will strengthen resistance against the occupation.

In a statement from a consultative meeting held on Saturday, the Palestinian factions affirmed they will continue to work by all means and forms to strengthen the resistance against the occupation and to expand its territory, stressing that there is no security, safety, or stability for the occupation until the Palestinians attain their freedom.

The factions said that any criminal act by the occupation will be met by the people and resistance factions with stronger and fiercer resistance, noting that the policy of persecution, detention, and assassination has proven to be a failure that made the Palestinian people more determined to continue their resistance.

The factions affirmed the unity of the Palestinian people wherever they are, saying that the enemy's policy will not succeed in isolating any part of the Palestinian people from the other and stressing the factions' pursuit of joint work in all the arenas to serve the national cause.

The factions called for a full national partnership that relies on comprehensive resistance in the face of the Israeli occupation, considering that the formation of a new national council that would represent the Palestinian people everywhere should begin immediately.

They also called for the formation of a new National Council representing the Palestinian people, either by consensus or through comprehensive elections.

Yesterday, Saturday, the Palestinian factions that signed this statement held a consultative meeting, in which they discussed all international, regional, and Palestinian developments, especially in light of the ongoing aggression against the Palestinian people.

In the same context, a leading figure of Hamas, Mushir Al-Masri, announced in a statement to Al Mayadeen yesterday that the resistance is no longer limited to a specific area and that the coming Palestinian operations will be greater.

A few days ago, on the occasion of Land Day, the Palestinian factions stressed the importance of adhering to the option of resistance as a way to liberate the lands, pointing to the importance of the recent security operations against the Israeli occupation.
