The Berlin Labour Court has said it loud and clear AGAIN: "The dismissals are not binding", and DW has "intentionally misinformed the staff council".

Last September, a German labor court in Berlin ruled that Deutsche Welle's decision to dismiss the journalist from her job on charges of alleged anti-Semitism was illegal, but the German media network appealed the decision.
The decision comes about a year and a half after the arbitrary dismissal taken by Deutsche Welle against seven of its employees on charges of alleged anti-Semitism.
It is noteworthy that the German media network arbitrarily dismissed a number of its employees over their tweets and Facebook posts against the Israeli occupation.
