The Palestinian Resistance is closing in on "a manifest victory," a member of Hamas' Political Bureau and senior representative of the movement in Lebanon, Osama Hamdan, underlined during a regular press briefing held in Beirut.
In his address to the media, Hamdan outlined some of the key positions of the Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas, including its position on an International Court of Justice (ICJ) ruling and the release of Israeli captives.
On the first point, the high-ranking official said the movement would only adhere to a potential order by The Hague for a ceasefire if the Israeli occupation complies first. Hamdan's comments come as the ICJ is expected to rule on emergency measures demanded by South Africa, in a two-parted lawsuit that Cape Town had filed against "Israel".
The official also affirmed that the Palestinian Resistance would only release the Israelis it is holding captive if Israeli authorities released all Palestinian detainees from its prisons.
Hamdan also issued a call to action, as he urged all nations, governments, human rights organizations, and entities around the world to sue Israeli political and military leaders for the criminal actions in the Gaza Strip and to try them for war crimes.

US provides "Israel" with genocide weapon
In the context of war crimes committed by Israeli occupation forces in the Gaza Strip, Hamdan pointed to the large amount of military supplies and weapons transferred by the United States to the Israeli occupation. The official said the US transferred 230 flights loaded with military equipment and weapons to the occupation entity.
On the other hand, he pointed to the tremendous efforts of Palestinian Resistance fighters in the face of the US-supported Israeli aggression, saying, "What the men of al-Qassam Brigades, al-Quds Brigades, and the Palestinian Resistance are [achieving] will be immortalized in the history of our people's struggle."
He added, "Our people in the Gaza Strip, men, youth, women, children, and families, continue to [expand on] the epic of resilience and legendary steadfastness," affirming that "the Resistance proves that it is moving towards achieving a manifest victory in the Gaza Strip."

Prisoner exchange necessitates a comprehensive ceasefire
"The failed criminal (Benjamin) Netanyahu deludes himself that, by insisting on continuing the war, he will achieve some of his goals, but he will lose," Hamdan stressed, as he moved on to discuss mediated negotiations between the Palestinian Resistance and the Israeli occupation.
Hamdan emphasized that the movement deals "seriously with the proposals [made by] mediators] and their suggestions regarding a complete cessation of the war and a comprehensive exchange of prisoners."
However, the official reiterated the Palestinian Resistance's rooted position, saying that Hamas will only agree to "a comprehensive prisoner exchange" if the Israeli occupation ceases "its aggression against [the Palestinian] people."
Heartfelt appreciation to Ansar Allah in Yemen
Nearing the end of his speech, Osama Hamdan made sure to direct a message of appreciation to the Ansar Allah movement in Yemen, led by Sayyed Abdul-Malik al-Houthi, for its active role in supporting the Palestinian people.
Despite a US-UK-led aggression against Yemen, stemming from the country's unwavering support to Palestine, the Yemeni Armed Forces expanded their Naval campaign, hoping to pressure the Israeli occupation into lifting its siege and stop its aggression on the Gaza Strip.
The Yemeni Armed Forces also engaged in a two-hour-long battle with the US Navy in the Red Sea on Wednesday, hitting a US warship and forcing two other US-operated cargo ships to change course.
In this context, Hamdan directed a "greeting to the Ansar Allah movement and its leadership for their significant efforts in supporting our people [and] their Resistance."
He also called upon "the masses of our Arab and Islamic Ummahs to continue their efforts and escalate [actions] in all countries, in support of [the Palestinian people] and their rights."
