Local Palestinian media reported, today, Thursday, that Israeli occupation forces stormed the city of Jenin, in conjunction with the intense overflight of various types of drones.

A number of Palestinians suffocated while confronting the occupation forces' incursions into the village of Toura, west of Jenin, in the occupied West Bank.

According to the sources, the confrontations erupted after the occupation forces stormed the village adjacent to the apartheid wall built on the lands that belong to the Palestinian village. A number of Palestinians suffocated as the Israeli occupation forces fired poisonous gas at them.

The Palestinian Red Crescent announced that the confrontations in Orif resulted in the injury of five Palestinians from the inhalation of poisonous gas, stressing that the confrontations are ongoing.

On their part, the occupation forces set up a military roadblock on the road linking the neighboring villages, amid stop and search operations conducted by the soldiers on vehicles and passengers.

Sources said, "The village is subjected almost daily to continuous incursions, coupled with setting up checkpoints and provocative acts against the citizens."

This comes as Israeli occupation forces stormed, at dawn today, several villages and towns in the Jenin governorate in the occupied West Bank, on the second day of Eid Al-Adha.

Two days ago, two Palestinians were wounded by Israeli occupation gunfire, during the storming of the Balata refugee camp in the city of Nablus, in the northern occupied West Bank, amid violent armed confrontations with the Resistance fighters of Al-Quds Brigades - the Nablus Battalion - and other arms of the Resistance.

Israeli occupation forces continue to storm occupied Palestinian cities and towns, especially Jenin and Nablus, and commit numerous crimes under false pretexts with the aim of making the lives of Palestinians more difficult and expelling them from their lands and usurping them.
