Peshmerga bombed with Grads, PMF condemns attack
8 Grad rockets fell on the fifth axis of the Peshmerga forces in Kirkuk governorate, and the Popular Mobilization Forces condemned the attack.
The Iraqi Popular Mobilization Forces condemned the targeting of Peshmerga forces in the Altun Kubri district in northwest Kirkuk governorate, stressing that "any targeting of Iraqi forces anywhere is targeting the PMF."
In a statement, the PMF called on "the authorities in question to launch an urgent investigation into the circumstances of the attack on the Peshmerga."
The PMF's statement came after the Counter-Terrorism Service in the Kurdistan Region in Iraq announced, "7 Katyusha [Grad] rockets fell on the fifth axis of the Peshmerga forces in the Altun Kubri area, without causing any casualties."
The Security Media Cell also said that "The security forces opened an investigation into the incident of launching 7 Katyusha rockets from the south of Altun Kubri district in the Dibis district of Kirkuk governorate, towards the Peshmerga units in the hills opposite the city of Altun Kubri."

He pointed out that the missiles landed in separate places without causing any losses, while 8 bases were found at the place where the missiles were launched.
