Prisoners Club: Administrative detainees to boycott occupation courts
The Palestinian Prisoners Club declares a comprehensive, final, and unprecedented boycott of all Israeli judicial procedures related to administrative detention.
The Palestinian Prisoners Club confirmed Friday that the administrative detainees, who are about 500, will begin on Saturday boycotting the Israeli occupation courts in protest of the administrative detention.
The Club added that the administrative detainees confirmed in a statement that they had taken a national and collective decision through declaring a comprehensive, final, and unprecedented boycott of all judicial procedures related to administrative detention.
The administrative detainees stressed that they would take part in this "theatrical play" that benefits the occupation and its security services, especially the "Shin Bet" intelligence service, which is responsible for keeping the detainees in administrative detention.
It is noteworthy that the Palestinian Prisoners Club launched an electronic campaign in cooperation with activists, in solidarity with the prisoner Hisham Abu Hawash, who is on an open hunger strike for the 137th day in rejection of administrative detention.
