In Australia, under tightened security, Australians gathered at Sydney’s Town Hall for a solemn vigil to mark one year since the Gaza genocide.
The candlelit, silent demonstration urged global attention and action, with participants pledging to continue protesting until the violence ends and rebuilding efforts commence.

In London, a symbolic funeral was held in the British capital to mourn the martyrdom of the more than 40,000 Palestinians murdered by the Israeli occupation so far.

Among the protesters was Holocaust survivor Stephen Kapos, who, along with his family, led the peace march demanding an end to the genocide in Gaza. Speaking with conviction and authority, Kapos drew on his own experiences to denounce the ongoing atrocities against the Palestinians.
