Raisi: Iran will target heart of “Israel” if it acts against our nation
The Iranian president assures that "Iran's army used the opportunity of sanctions very well to empower itself, and our military industries are now in the best shape."
Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi warned on Monday that Iran's armed forces will target “Israel's” heart if it makes the “slightest move” against Tehran.
During a military parade marking the National Army Day, Raisi added "Our strategy is defense and not offense,” stressing that "Iran's army used the opportunity of sanctions very well to empower itself, and our military industries are now in the best shape".
This comes as Israeli settlers, backed by heavily armed Israeli occupation forces, stormed Al-Aqsa courtyards for the second day in a row.
Israeli occupation forces assaulted Palestinian worshippers who were performing prayers at the mosque and brutally beat them, unlawfully arresting several Palestinians in a violent method.
