Raisi: The enemy's conspiracy has been foiled
Iranian President Ebrahim Riaisi stresses the importance of protecting the young generation against the deceitful plans of the enemy by promoting the culture of martyrdom and sacrifice.
In a speech delivered on Sunday at the 4th session of the Supreme Council for the Promotion and Development of the Culture of Sacrifice and Martyrdom, Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi stressed that in order to foil the plans of the enemies aimed at deceiving the younger generations, the culture of martyrdom and sacrifice must be promoted to the youth.
The President stated, "If there is a lack of promotion of the culture of sacrifice and martyrdom, other thinking and beliefs replace it. One of the important ways to protect the youth of our country is to pay attention to this culture."
During the event held in Tehran, President Raisi commented on the enemy's role in the recent riots in Iran which are "trying to deflect public opinion in an extensive media warfare," assuring that this is taking place "while the issue of MS Amini's death is being fully and accurately followed up on in Iran and all officials have emphasized to pursue the matter."
Raisi continued to call out western hypocrisy in launching a massive propaganda campaign against Tehran while remaining silent regarding the massacre that took place against women in Afghanistan.

Raisi announced that the enemies "have failed in this new conspiracy" after previously failing to isolate Iran that was "overcoming economic problems and becoming more active in the region and the world."
He also said that enemies were after the Islamic Republic in an attempt to stop it from progressing and signaled that Iran was able to thwart the plots by emerging as a key player in its region despite all the attempts.

Earlier, the spokesperson for the Iranian Parliament's presiding board, Nizamuddin Mousavi, stated that the Minister of Interior submitted a report on recent developments in the investigation into Mahsa Amini's death, announcing that, "there are individuals linked to foreign organizations, intelligence services, and terrorist groups that had a hand in fomenting the recent riots," pointing out that "estimates indicate that some 45,000 people formed networks across the country, some of whom have been arrested."
Moreover, Iranian Security Minister Ismail Khatib said earlier today that "the Revolutionary Guard, intelligence services, security forces, and the police are determined to respond firmly to the infringements of agents and separatists," adding that "terrorist groups that are linked to global arrogance should know that they will meet the consequences of their own actions."
Addressing the US, the UK, and Saudi Arabia who are all supportive of the riots, the commander of the IRGC, Brigadier General Hossein Salami, said, “You will be defeated” and warned, "We will not flatter anyone. If you attack a police headquarters, we will burn your land. And if you attack our revolution, we will take revenge and continue to pursue the path of Hajj Qassem Soleimani."
