Raisi: The US has failed miserably
The Iranian President declares Iran victorious in the face of the US economic war.
Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi confirmed from Khorasan, on Thursday, that the US is officially declaring that it has failed miserably and that the Iranian people have overcome the war and won it. Raisi said that "the United States has officially announced that its maximum pressure on Iran has failed blatantly.”
Moreover, the Iranian President declared from Khorasan that “I, the representative of the Iranian people, say to the Americans: Do not speak to the Iranian people with the language of force, for it will not be fruitful.”
He also noted that “the Iranian people transcended the war and won it, after having resisted it for 40 years. Therefore, our people will inevitably win the economic war as well,”
Raisi stressed that the Iranians “have been patient with the sanctions imposed on them and resisted them.” Raisi added that “the enemy is working, by waging an economic war and media war, to sow despair among the Iranian people," so he called on all Iranian officials to spread hope among the Iranians, confirming that this is achieved through action on the ground, and not through statements.
Previously, in the Nomadic Martyrs commemoration ceremony, Sayyed Ali Khamenei, the Iranian leader, stated that "the enemy is trying to undermine religious faith, hope, and optimism about the future and the management of the country," affirming that "anyone who causes the people to lose their belief in the actions, efforts, and plans of the officials of the country and causes them to become pessimistic is working to the advantage of the enemy."
Additionally, Raisi expressed his support for Afghanistan from Khorasan saying that "Iran has been and remains a pioneer in providing humanitarian aid and will provide aid to the Afghan people, who have suffered from the recent earthquake."
Yesterday, Wednesday, the Iranian embassy in Afghanistan announced that Tehran sent two first-aid aircraft to the areas affected by the devastating earthquake, which killed 1,500 people and injured more than 2,000.
