Resistance ambush IOF vehicles east of Khan Yunis: statement
The statement specifies that the resistance fighters deterred the Israeli unit using Yassin 105 RPGs and mortars.
Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, announced on Sunday that they destroyed two Israeli armored vehicles that had penetrated into the Al-Farahin area east of Khan Yunis with Yassin 105 RPGs.
In a statement, the Al-Qassam Brigades said their fighters ambushed the Israeli forces that had entered the area of Al-Farahin, east of Khan Yunis: confronting Israeli forces with Yassin 105 RPGs, snipers, and mortar shells.
Al-Qassam Brigades confirmed that the well-executed ambush resulted in the destruction of two Israeli tanks: forcing the Israeli soldiers to retreat to their bases.

Last night, the military spokesperson for Al-Qassam Brigades, Abu Obeida, announced that the resistance fighters had destroyed 24 Israeli military vehicles within the past 48 hours, including tanks, armored personnel carriers, and bulldozers, either completely or partially.
Al-Qassam Brigades Military Media published a video depicting unprecedented military actions, such as the targeting and destruction of 10 Israeli vehicles: including Merkava Tanks and Namer APCs.

Abu Obeida also added that the collective punishment strategy adopted by the occupation forces is a result of "the horrors they experience every hour when confronting our fighters on the field, since October 7th".
