Resistance detonates minefield against IOF in Deir al-Balah

The Palestinian Resistance dealt further blows to the occupation forces during confrontations in the Gaza Strip, particularly in Deir al-Balah.

The Resistance forces in Gaza persist in engaging Israeli occupation troops on the 323rd day of Operation Al-Aqsa Flood, with intense confrontations centered in Deir al-Balah in the central Gaza Strip.
The al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, executed a strategic operation by detonating a pre-planted minefield, targeting multiple Israeli vehicles and engineering equipment in an area near military sites east of Deir al-Balah. The explosion was followed by the arrival of Israeli helicopters to carry out evacuation operations.
In the same area, the al-Qassam Brigades targeted an Israeli troop carrier with an Al Yassin 105 RPG.
The Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades, in a strategic operation, targeted an Israeli Nemer troop carrier with an anti-tank rocket in the Tel al-Sultan neighborhood, west of Rafah in southern Gaza, resulting in a direct hit.
Additionally, the brigades struck gatherings of occupation forces and military vehicles along the Netzarim Axis, southwest of Gaza City, launching two 107 rockets and several heavy-caliber mortar shells to intensify the pressure on advancing Israeli units.

In a coordinated operation, the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades and the al-Nasser Salah al-Din Brigades, the military wing of the Popular Resistance Committees, targeted Israeli troop gatherings in eastern Deir al-Balah with 60mm mortar shells.
As the resistance continues to inflict significant losses, the Israeli army confirmed on Friday the death of a first sergeant from the 6310th Reconnaissance Battalion of the 16th Brigade in the central Gaza Strip.
The occupation forces reported that seven other soldiers who were with the sergeant were injured—four of them in critical condition—while the others sustained moderate injuries.
The announcement means that 337 Israeli troops have been killed since the Israeli occupation launched its invasion of the Gaza Strip while 696 have been killed since October 7, 2023, according to "Israel's" publicly acknowledged numbers.
